USA Patriot Gear is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our Support Team within 7 days of product delivery. USA Patriot Gear offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

It may be required to send the original order to back to a provided destination at the discretion of a USAPatriotWear representative.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if an RMA is first issued.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, USA Patriot Gear will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Customers are responsible for entering the right information for their orders.
